Mono threads are smooth threads without barbs. To create the effect of tightening the skin, a large number of these threads are placed under the skin with a tourniquet-like arrangement and improve the consistency and firmness of the skin with the process of collagen formation. Mono threads can be used for crow’s feet lines around the eyes, cobblestones around the chin, neck lines (neck and forehead skin sagging) and under the eyes. To create a more lifting effect, it is better to combine them with cog threads.
